Consider what Domain name you want for your webpage. The Domain Name is the address of the webpage, exampel \t\t\t\twww.mightofmike.dk like this page. You need a domain to make your webserver available to the public. You can find more \t\t\t\tinformation on how to get and set up a domain under Domain Setup.<br><\/p>  \r\n\t2. You also need a static public ip address, that you can point your domain toward. How you get this depend on your internet \t\t\tsupplier, try looking at there webpage, or contact them.<\/h4> \r\n\t\r\n\r\n\t<h4>3. Before setting up a web server, make sure you have all the hardware and software needed to complete this \t\t\t\tguide. My Webserver is running on a 8 years old (2009) Intel Duo E7500 2.93GHz. Windows server 2012 minimum equirements are \t\t\tvery low, and can easily run on old computers. Requirements: processor 1,4 GHz, RAM 512Mb<\/h4><br>\r\n\t\r\n\t<hr>\r\n\t\r\n\t<a id=\"Step1\"><\/a>\r\n\t<p><h3>Step 1 Creating a bootable USB<\/h3><br>\r\n\t<h4>In step one make the Bootable USB needed to install Windows Server 2012 R2. To create a bootable USB, use the downloaded\r\n\tprogram Rufus and the downloaded ISO file of Windows Server 2012 R2.<br><\/p>\r\n\t1. Opening Rufus you get a menu like below.\r\n<BR>\r\n\t<center><a href=\"https:\/\/mightofmike.dk\/webserversetup\/image\/rufusinfoenglish.png\">\r\n\t<img decoding=\"async\" border=\"0\" alt=\"Space\" src=\"https:\/\/mightofmike.dk\/webserversetup\/image\/rufusinfoenglish.png\" width=\"50%\" height=\"800\"><\/h4><\/center><\/a>\r\n\t\r\n\t<hr>\t\r\n\r\n\t<a id=\"Step2\"><\/a>\r\n\t<p><h3>Step 2 Start the installation from USB<\/h3><br>\r\n\t<h4>To start the install, you need to boot the computer\/Server from the USB. How to boot from USB depend on the manufacturer of \t\tthe computer. Normally it is one of the F1-F12 keys, but you can google your computer model.
